- This is clearly not a gourmet cookbook, but it is an excellent, easy to
read cookbook for those of us who are not gourmet chefs. The book is
clear,easy to follow, providing a list of ingredients that are readily
available, and filled with useful pictures which are helpful. Finally,
the book has easy to use websites throughout for additional or
